Compaq DL360 G1 periodically hangs

Hello all.
I'm running pfsense on a Compaq DL360 with ACPI disabled. The server has 2x1Ghz CPUs, 512 MB ram and 2xIntel 10/100 Mbit controller that uses fxp driver. And this server hangs periodically without being subjected to any significant load. I also have two Compaq DL360 which work fine, they are running in failover mode with the same hardware configuration except each one has single CPU and an additional Sun Quad card, but built-in Intel card is also used.I'm wondering how can I get to the bottom of the problem and can/should dual CPU configuration be cause of this?

Describe "hangs" better. Is it frozen at the console, does it panic, or just drop off the network, or?

sorry about that, we only have g2's and newer so this was new info for me..
