I have a few customers that need to have a limited VPN set up.  I am planning to test this client.  How would I go about adding a 192.168.x.0 subnet?  This would be in addition to the one that I already have setup.

I would like to use it for clients and remote dial in support.

If I get you correctly, you have one LAN (192.168.y.0) and you would like to add another one for testing?
            Hmmm?
Why not? But then I think that there is problem of routing packets from this test one to LAN.
If you use 1.2RC2 there is Firewall added to IPSec tunnels and you control your clients on easy way.

I have switched from 192.168.x.x. net's to 172.16.x.x and I am subneting them. When you access them, you can refer to them as 172.16.0.0 /255.255.0.0 and have one tunnel for connection.

I can send you config for pfS and shrew client if you like to.

Thant would be great.  I have 3 / 4 clients that I need to add for remote support and backup support.  As part of my small business I offer off - site storage of critcal appliation and data files in the event of a system crash.  I have a couple of clients using this service now and they are enjoying it.  So far we have had to recover systems from the backups.  I just want to add a new option to my services.

I also and looking into building a 1U firewall/router device as part of my services.  I would like it to be based on PF-Sense or M0n0Wall based.  I am planing the unit to be headless and would like to also be able to have 2 sata drives that could be hot swapped in the event of a failure.  I am trying increase what I can offer and start increasing my sales so I can start handling my business and not have to work somewhere else.

Ah! Red line is the question.
Yes, it is posible. No, there is not specific one for Shrew (or I couldn't find one) but I can write one when I get some free time.
Send mi perosnal mesage with your e-mail and I will send config to you ASAP.
