Can't get dual wan to work on a ADSL wih dynamic IP and a cable with fixed IP

Ok guys, I've followed the instructions from the wiki as closely as I could, but when I disconnect wan, failover doesn't work (didn't test with OPT1).
wan is the ADSL modem with dynamic IP, it uses PPPoE.
OPT1 is the cable modem with dynamic ip (but it always get my fixed ip).Load balance is exactly as the wiki says… except i'm pinging the Default gateway since the dns doesn't respond to ping.
Then, firewall is the same as the wiki, except that I coulnd't chose an IP as destination for wan rule so I had to chose the " WAN2FailsToWAN1 " failover rule...
Anyway, if you would go here and download the config, you'll be most thankful and it'll be clearer for you since I promised my boss Pfsense can do the job and I can't get it working... and it's a very bad position for me :(

When you say 'but when I disconnect wan, failover doesn't work' what exactly does not work? Does the load balancing status show the WAN to be offline?
Check that you have your OPT1 ISPs DNS in general settings and that there is a static route for that DNS server.
Config files are a bit difficult to read. Screen shots of relevant pages would be nicer.

It does go offline but I can't browse the Internet
Check that you have your OPT1 ISPs DNS in general settings and that there is a static route for that DNS server.

This is very important.
If you dont have a static route entry that points the DNS-request to the second WAN your DNS-request will always go out the primary WAN (which is down….) -
Yes, you need one DNS server for each ISP. Each ISP must have a different DNS associated with it, so that if one ISP goes down you can use another DNS server.

Ok guys, I actually have done that, but perhaps not ok… check firewall rules lan, i think that was the problem.
But do you think, again, that the routes to the DNS servers are important if I use 2 free public accesible dns services?
Please tell me what do you think...

Yes static routes for DNS is vital. I would suggest using the ISP DNS servers and setting up static routes to them.
