How to get this error message : "A valid source bit count must be specified." ?

Hi,

I've registered on the french translation pootle and in the quick translation link the next msg to translate is : "A valid source bit count must be specified."
The question to translate it is how did i get this error, is it a netmask or IP, port …problem ?

I can't see it in those pages :
