Routing public IP

A couple questions concerning routing/NAT.  This is going to be my basic setup..

ATT Router -> Net EQ Traffic Shaper Appliance -> PFSense Cluster -> Switch…

Most clients will be getting an internal IP from the pfsense boxes, but occasionly I will need to route a fully public-routable IP thru the pfsense box to hand to a customer.  Is this possible, and how would I go about doing this?
