Your mailbox may, but few ISPs will pass an email that size.  An FTP server (arranged via PM with anybody who has the ISO) is probably your best bet.

Why do you need that version? What's wrong with 1.2 RELEASE?

mhab12 will test this for the bounty thread to fix problems with squid
to comparison download bandwith between old and new version.
