Trouble installing embedded image on CF card.

Physdiskwrite gives me the following errors;
Which disk do you want to write? (0..3) 3
About to overwrite the contents of disk 3 with new data. Proceed? (y/n) y
24576/122441728 bytes writtenWrite error after 24576 bytes.I am doing this on a Windows Vista computer with a built-in CF socket, could that possibly be the problem?

It could be a bad CF card - do you have any others to test with?

Yes, I have 2 and both give the same error. I also redownloaded the image and still no change.

It "could" be the CF adaptor.
We had at our university a problem with a CF reader where it was impossible to address memory above 1GB…. -
I've also seen problems where particular brands of cards don't work in a particular brand of adapter, but other brands do. So far I've not had any problems with the Crucial (Micron) brand of cards in any adapter.
