Do I need to create another rules for OPT1 subnet?

Hi, Guys:

My Pfsense box's detail simply as follow:
Version: 1.2 RC-4
Ram: 512 MB
CPU: 2.4 G

1 WAN: PPPOE DNS: ISP provided
LAN: 192.168.1.0/28 G/W: 192.168.1.1 DNS: System default
OPT1: 192.168.20.0/28 G/W: 192.168.20.1 DNS: 192.168.1.1

I did setup some rules in Traffic shaper, of course, its source is for LAN subnet. From now it will add 10 more computers in OPT1 subnet for internet.

What I want to know, Do I need setup other traffic rules for OPT1 subnet if above setup parameters DONT CHANGE ??

It appears, as referenced in this thread: http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=1893.msg%25msg_id%25, that the traffic shaper simply does not work with more than two interfaces at this time.

I was disappointed, too.
