      Hi, i search in google about how make do that in pfsense trought the pfsense gui without sucess.
      Can someone say how this can be made ?. steps trought pfsense gui or file edit (pf.conf)

        IMSpector is transparent. You just enable it and it will log any IM connections going through pfSense.

          +1 this is correct. The only problem right now is that its not working with the latest AIM, but thats ok, not many people on my network IM.

            It could be because it uses HTTP/ port 80 or?
            There were an explanation somewhere on how to block port 80 comms for IM's I think…

                No size limit on the logs. You could put a cron job in your config to remove logs older than X days. Something like the below command should work. Use this at your own risk.

                find /var/imspector -mtime +7 -exec rm -f {} ;
