Do you mean create a queue for any host outhere in your LAN or have a standard WFQ that does that for you?!

queue for any host from the lan - every ip to has its own queue shape

Yes you can on any version of pfSense.

ok, so i have lan with 192.168.0.2 - 254 IP range. Can i assign for each IP from that range an individual shape - speed to specific alias ?

If you create lots of queues and assign each host to a queue yes.
