OpenVPN client mode

I've tested snapshop Developers-2.0-ALPHA-ALPHA-20090811-1504.
And there's some bugs in openvpn client mode.

At first i tried to establish an ovpnc connection - it works ok. But after reboot it fails with error - option "local" incorrect.
I think, this option is not need in client mode. When i remove this line from openvpn.inc - it works ok
