Changes:

• Destination list in ACL with whitelist option;
• blacklist:
  – added 'Restore last' blacklist option (if you reinstalled SG in next time, this option will restore last uploaded blacklist)
  -- added rebuilding notification
  -- changed update algorithm (set low priority for db-rebuild script; create archive copy DB; new blacklist will showed in GUI only after rebuilding).
  (Also added new unknown bugs)

Thanks a lot dvserg. The new interface for the blacklist sections is great. I noticed one typo in the explanations above the blacklist sections: 4-all rule('allow' ro 'deny') should be an 'or' right?

Besides, I saw that the Shallalist has been updated with new categories.
