Hi Marzl,
I have successfully used your fantastic script to create myself a 1GB image and physdiskwrite it onto a 1GB Sony Micro Vault.
“Colour coded cables – sad I know”
After running fine for a month I ordered up myself another 1GB Sony Micro Vault so I could create an identical backup to minimize downtime but unfortunately although it looks identical it is a few cylinders smaller 123 instead of 126 as the original was.
Please can you advise me how to tweak your script so that I can get an image as close to 1024 that will fit on both pen drives?

Does anyone know where this wiki went? looks like Marzl went to ground last October.
