Anybody know if it's possible to configure lightsquid to not log data from my ip?

I don't want the other system admins to see which sites I visit  :D

The gui doesn't give you any options to do this, would it be possible with the shell? If so, can somebody tell me how?

If you don't absolutely need to be using the proxy you could exclude yourself from the rule that redirects all traffic to the transparent proxy.

Sounds like a good idea to me, could you tell me if this is possible from the gui? I have no or barely any linux/console/scripting knowledge

I believe the file to edit is /etc/inc/filter.inc  You can edit it from the gui if you enter that file name starting with the leading slash, however I am not sure of what line number or how the squid redirect reads exactly.  Don't change anything if you don't know what it does.

It might be worth your while to start a new thread to ask how to exclude an IP from the global squid/transparent proxy redirect.  It's basically a firewall rule, so the 'firewalling' forum may even be appropriate - but don't quote me on that.
