SquidGuard update

SquidGuard update posted. You can use next changes and bugs:

General page
showed errors if Apply that found
removed Redirection type
ACL
possible use 'username' option in source
have one source field for IP/domains/'username'
Redirection type added to Default/ACL/Destination

After upgrade need re-edit and store each time/destination/ACL items, if this exists.

upgrade does not display for 1.2.1 rc1 i currently have squidguard 1.3

Update GUI not change package version - this take only current port version.
