      Hey guys,

Having some major issues with squid since I installed it last night. I installed Squid, Lightsquid, and SquidGuard. I only configured squid and went through SquidGuard a good bit, since most settings I can configure later. I woke up this morning to check system logs and heres what I see:

Aug 21 09:07:51 squid[22091]: Exiting due to repeated, frequent failures
Aug 21 09:07:51 squid[22091]: Squid Parent: child process 22533 exited due to signal 6
Aug 21 09:07:51 kernel: pid 22533 (squid), uid 62: exited on signal 6
Aug 21 09:07:51 squid[22533]: Failed to verify one of the swap directories, Check cache.log for details. Run 'squid -z' to create swap directories if needed, or if running Squid for the first time.
Aug 21 09:07:51 squid[22091]: Squid Parent: child process 22533 started
Aug 21 09:07:48 squid[22091]: Squid Parent: child process 22522 exited due to signal 6

Aug 21 09:06:48 squid[21610]: Exiting due to repeated, frequent failures

And the messages continue to be redundant. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Also, squidguard says STOPPED. No matter how many times I reinstall/uninstall all squid packages.

      I am running v 1.2.1 pfsense.

      Thanks guys,

      Brandon
