      Hi,

Do pfSense support 3com 3c982-TXM Dual Port NIC?

      Thanks!

I can confirm that 3com 3c982-TXM Dual Port NIC doesn't work for pfSense 1.2.1 RC1

        Tnx

          1.2.1/1.3 both are 7.0 based.

Perhaps you could elaborate on "doesn't work".

              Hi,

Installing the card on pfSense 1.2 and 1.2.1 doesn't recognize all the ports. Only one port was recognized. The card works perfectly fine on my windows box though.

In the pfSense Diagnostics menu, select command then type pciconf -l -v in the command box, click execute and post the result in a reply. This will list significant attributes of the PCI devices on your system and may give some clues why only one port is recognised.
