Can you clarify if your ISP routes these IP's to the public IP you have on the modem, or is the modem in bridged mode and you want to have all IP's on your WAN?
What do you mean with: "If I got 5 pblic IPs for my ISP that never changes, which is assighn to my ADLS router."
Do you actually have 5 IP's on the modem? -
Yes they route all public IP's 196.213.35.154 to 196.213.35.158 to my adsl modem.
All I want to know is what IP address must I specify on the WAN setting of my pfsense firewall
and if I have to route all the public Ips that go to my modem "using the routers interface" the a private ip addrees on my pfsenese. "the WAN Ip adrees ex: 192.168.1.1Thanks

Then you have to configure your ADSL modem correctly or set it into bridging mode so pfSense can handle the additional IP's.
