Had Pfsense on a old box that died, so I went out and bought a Shuttle computer, and to my dismay, it appears Pfsense is having trouble with vr0.  I'm running 1.0-RC2 and I'm getting watchdog client timeouts, though the rl0 works fine.

I know this card works because it is running properly in a linux router solution, but I'd rather not use it, as it is nowhere near as cool or useful as Pfsense.  I see that there was a problem with BSD 3 in dealing with vr0 cards, but I assume that has been resolved, although I don't know which version of BSD Pfsense runs on.

Any suggestions?  I could get the model number of the Shuttle box as soon as I get home, the vr0 is built in, and I can't just bypass it because the box only has 1 pci slot.

pfSense is based on freebsd 6.1. I have some via mini itx boards here with vr chips that run pfsense fine. btw, there are multiport pci nics (dual, quad) if you don't get that onboard nic running.

Took the multiport advice and got this off ebay: http://cm.ebay.com/cm/ck/1065-29392-2357-0?uid=7984475&site=0&ver=EOIBSA080805&lk=URL&Item=220020487483

Hope BSD likes multiport 100+ Intels!
