Problem in latest build. "Encrypted config.xml detected"

Hi

Updated to the latest build via autoupdate.
On the bootup, it says it detected encrypted config.xml and prompts for the password.

I've tried the root (i don't know if i have one set), the admin and users passwords.
None of them are letting me in.

So my next question; how do i get into the system?

Reinstall or fixable?

I got the same thing here, booting from the cd. Snapshot 1314 ISO downloaded. Pressing CTRL+C gets me to the webconfigurator, but the system is non-functional, can't install to the HDD either as the installer never runs.
