ummm sorry to post another thread so quickly, but I was toying around and added a vlan with a tag of 111 and all of a sudden I got errors and the theme changed on its own. I looked at the system logs and on log was file system full for /tmp
Also when I go to unassigned interface I get this error message on the screen
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 327 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 327 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 327 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 327

also I went to the status.php page and found this under df:
/dev/md0 78812 78632 -6124 108% /tmp
108%! wow I have an amazing storage space. FYI it is a 2Gb Compact flash card

If I recall correctly, a FreeBSD file system is created with a certain amount of "overdraw" which is not normally available but is available only to privileged programs OR only to privileged programs writing to existing files.
You'll probably find you have one or more large log files on the file system in question.

should I try finding and deleting them? or will the system control these files on its own?

on embedded /tmp is a limited size, because it is a memory fs. the embedded image will not use more then 128MB.
I suggest making a full install to the CF instead.
