I need help setting up the traffic shapping, i want it so that games have high priority over everything else. my pfsense server is set to bridge mode. the server is between my adsl modem and my switch for the rest of the network. can anybody help me set this up as i am not very experienced with it or can someone send me a config file that will do this for me

not possible in 1.2.x
Should work in 2.0_alpha_alpha

can any one please help me bridge my LAN and WAN interfaces on pfsense 2.0_alpha_alpha so that i can use the dial up connection in windows

Interfaces -> Assign-> Bridges -> click (+) button-> Select the needed inerfaces.
Add a rule on wan to allow traffic and say thank you. -

It's quite simple..
Make sure you set your upstream and downstream bandwidth correctly… otherwise your shaping won't work properly.
In your shaper rules, set all source and destinations as a wildcard ( * ).
Next, edit your qwandef and qlandef queue.
Check the box that says "Random Early Detection".
Give it a test... Let me know how you make out.
