Internal Loadbalancing Issue

I am running into an issue with trying to load balance traffic internally. Everything Works Externally…

I am trying to load balance 3 Web Servers via pfSense, I have it working just fine when people access it from the outside, but when I try to set it up to load balance the 3 web servers to an internal VIP doesn't work...

I think the issue on your internet LB is that you are NATing on the same subnet. I know that we've never been able to do this in two different implementations that are similar to yours… Just ain't gonna work.
