How to add time schedule to PENALTY IP rule in traffic shaping

I work at a small office and we use pfSense 1.2.2, i have the traffic shaper setup to limit bandwidth to a static ip on the network to to 2.5mb (15mb connection), but i don't want the limit to apply outside of regular business hours, i can see where and how to create schedules but their doesn't seem to be an option to attached a schedule to a rule in the traffic shaper, it's either on or off all the time.

Would this be a feature request?, or maybe i can remove the bandwidth limit and set the priority on their IP to the lowest on the network?
