Ther is another thread about this problem regarding to FreeBSD 7.2, but here I notice the same. Disabling "device polling" results again in low CPU-load. I'm using the newest snap (8.0-RC2 FreeBSD 8.0-RC2 #0: Sun Oct 25 04:00:48 UTC 2009)

Its a Dell 1740 with GB Broadcom-Adapters.

Is this now fault of the Broadcoms or a BSD-specific problem?
