Firebox X500 hardware

hello all,

here is some interessing information about firebox series X

i just tried to add a keyboard to enter setup.

The keyboard is a small commector below the cable of the front panel board. This is a 8 pins shape connector with only 6 pins installed

here is the configuration of the firebox connector that i found after some trials:

pins 3 and 5 doesn't exist!

here is the wiring between firebox and PS/2:

Firebox        PS/2

1 : CLK –--- 5
2 : GND
4 : DATA-----1
6 : nc
7 : GND------3
8 : +5VDC---4

Now you can plug a pci video card and connect a keyboard, you can enter bios if you wish !
