PfSense box keeps resetting itself when trying to Configure WAN

I was logged into the PfSense and  then all of a sudden I wasnt able to gain access.  I went over to the box and it seems to be on a loop rebooting itself over and over again when it tries to configure the WAN device.  Any ideas?

Behavior like this is typically hardware specific.

So more than likely whatever hardware is acting as the WAN is more than likely having an issue is what your saying?  I removed the WAN NIC and replaced it, going to see what happens.
