Pfsense wont boot on C1000 series 1U Rackable Systems

I have Installed pfsense 1.2.3-PRERELEASE and also tried pfsense 2.0-ALPHA
they both install fine but wont boot they both stop at default f1 then i get - followed by / that just sits their spinning,
do anyone know what might be causing it to not fully boot ?C1000 series 1U Rackable Systems Server 2x Xeon 2.8Ghz/4GB
-Dual Intel Xeon 2.8Ghz Processors
-Tyan S2735-8M Motherboard
-4GB Memory
-250 Sata

thanks for the guide but it still wont boot after trying the Boot_Troubleshooting guide
F1 pfSense
Default: F1
\- blinking wont boot

they seem to be having same problem and think it might be because of the LBA
not being able to set it manually, because of something with pfsense and the way it uses LBA.I can install and boot FreeBSD 7.1 with no problem but not pfsense
