Suspicious connections on Show States. Any idea what this is?

    I'm getting states that looks strange. I don't understand why the firewall is creating UDP connections to itself. Would you suspect this as an attack? ???

      Do you have any packages installed?
      Which version of pfSense are you using?

        I am using ver 1.2.2. The packages installed are squid and ntop.

          your question gave me the answer. i stopped squid and it went away. but i still don't understand why it's communicating with itself.
