Blacklist exceptions not working

I have SquidGuard configured to use the Shalla blacklists and it works great - however I can't get blacklist exceptions to work.
I made a whitelist and set it to "white" in the default destination ruleset.

But the sites on the whitelist are still blocked. Anyone know how to do this?

If you make all by Howto, but nothing work - probably any ACL catch you clients before Default rule ? Disable all ACL's and try now.

It fixed itself overnight. Maybe it just needed time to reload? Anyway, it works now. Thanks!
