      Hi all,

      Reference the following 2 topics:

      http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,15515.0.html
      http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,13824.0.html

I'm new to pfsense and have been pulling my hair out about this all day. The user who posted the second topic got it to work by downgrading back to 1.2.

Is the only way to downgrade to start from scratch with a live cd? Can I back up the config as XML and restore it straight on to the 1.2 install? If so, does anyone have a copy of the 1.2 live cd I can download?

      Cheers

      Phil

Have you tried a pfSense 1.2.3 snapshot? It's being considered production-ready, though it is still in the RC stage. There have been numerous improvements to IPSec.

Just tried it, sadly it didn't fix the problem.

Can anyone offer a copy of 1.2 until the devs can fix this problem?
