My ISP gave me public IPs however the only way I can surf over port 80 is over proxy at their side (I have no access to administration). I configured NAT, however I have to configure all clients manually to use proxy if I want to allow them to surf.
Is there any way I can configure pfsense to translate requests on port 80 to proxy server on port 8080 and by that to avoid changes on clients.

      Thanks.

Install Squid, configure it with your ISP's proxy as your upstream proxy, configure Squid as a transparent proxy.  Job done ;)

That would only take care of port 80. HTTPS runs on 443, in which case each client would have to be configured to your ISP's Proxy unless they do not filter port 443.
