The default bandwidthd setup only can monitor 1 subnet (the same subnet of the pfsense). How do I set to monitor different subnet and I have traffic from multiple subnet/gateway running through the FW.

Problem solved. I added the extra subnet in /usr/local/bandwidthd/etc/bandwidthd.conf
