The Topic Kamdelia network status firewalled Posted by Switch was locked  :-
It took me a while to figure the solution explained there by hoba on:
How-To Enable NAT: Port Forward to get KAD(Kamdelia) a High ID on Emule's UDP port 4672.
I used internal IP address 192.168.0.100, change this to your clients IP
Hope it helps other pfSense Newbies like myself, if I did something wrong pls correct me!

Just want to say thank you for this post. I was trying to figure this one out too, with no luck.
Got my Kad in the Open state now.
