I need to explain the pictures because I'm not good at English language.

Router Ip : 192.168.16.1
i want to make pfsense GetWay : 192.168.1.1
DNS : 213.131.66.138
213.131.65.246

there are several forums available in different languages.

set ip up during setup
setup dns in web gui post setup, and change the default password.

i thought i answered the question, install pf and during setup set the lan ip. then login and setup dns

Run the Setup Wizard.

Under System > Setup Wizard > fill in the blanks including the new ip address.
