Squid custom error pages

I am searching for the error pages where are kept so i can make custom error messages but i cannot find them in standard positions of normal squid installations.

Does anyone knows where in pfsense these pages are kept?

Why when i make my own custom page on error, the image not come out? Any idea why and how to make image appear?
