Squidguard doesn't start

Hi all, sorry for my english…
I'm a newbie in this forum e with pfsense, reading the tutorial I tried to install pfsense and squid proxy and squid guard and with this guide http://files.pfsense.org/tutorials/squidguard/squidGuardQuick.htm. I installed squidguard.... but doesn't work because after upload of the blacklist start but after few minutes it's stopped....
i Need help
My pfsense version is 12.3 rc1 last downloaded from pfsense site and the black list is urlblacklist (bigblacklist)
who can help me thanks??

Update blacklist processed 10-20 min
And, do you install squid  :-\
