[HELP] HOW TO change error page squidguard ???

before you need this:
1. winscp, googling for it
2. enable ssh in advance menu
3. make your custom error page. and save it in a folder. eg: upz
4. access pfsense using winscp, and enter this path /usr/local/www
5. upload your folder there.
6. access pfsense via webgui, and enter squidguard default menu (not general setting)
7. ext url move (enter URL) for Redirect Mode
8. http://your pfsense address/custom page's folder/custom page's file.
ex: http://192.168.0.1/upz/upz.html
9. save and apply squidguard
10. take a coffee… -

i'm confuse because my WinSCP always error like this
i'm open my protocol with rules like this :
