I have checked the Supported Devices list and the Marvell NIC's are on the list. Just wondering if anyone can see if there is anything else that might cause issues.

Never mind just received a price from the distributor.
Fanless Intel 945GSE Atom N270 Advanced Slim PC (includes 1gig RAM)
ASM-AT270 $579.00 -
ouch
At that price, I rather go for the MSI IM-945GSE, a pico-PSU. At least the board comes with 2 Intel PCI-e GBe NICs onboard and is known to work fine with pFsense 1.2.3.

Thats an expensive board too :(
$ 310.00 AUD
Considering the Intel D945GSEJT

I suppose the D945GSEJT-M350 kit would do great too.
