      Hi,

      I have a ALIX 2D3 with DCMA-82 (Atheros chipset) with snapshot 20090828-1220 installed.

      I added a new interface on INTERFACES -> (assign) -> + -> OPT1 (Network port ath0) but when i go to INTERFACES -> OPT1 the wireless configuration options arent there,  i have the same options that a LAN and WAN interface not a Wireless interface, i need to do something else ?

      On a 1.2.3 RC2 the wireless configuration options appear when i go to OPT1 interface.

      Thanks,
      Rodrigo

        @rlquilez:

        I have a ALIX 2D3 with DCMA-82 (Atheros chipset) with snapshot 20090828-1220 installed.

        Hi, I have pfSense-2.0-ALPHA-ALPHA-2G-20090906-0617-nanobsd.img installed.

        Got same problem with ath0 interface - it does not show me the wlan configuration portion.

        As I see from the config-backup.xml, the interface does get properly recognized as a wireless interface.

                         <opt1><descr>OPT1</descr>
                                <if>ath0</if>

                                 <enable><spoofmac></spoofmac></enable></opt1>

        Wire-Interaces lack the '' portion.

        But then the wireless configuration webif part is missing. :(

        No clue why.
