I have squid running and have a problem with it blocking access to http://acetotal.com/.  I can put a machine outside of the firewall and get there just fine.  I have added the http://acetotal.com/ site to not be cache and to allow full access with squidguard.  When I look in the log I don't get anything for this site, but the page in the browser comes back and says server timeout.  Can someone else that's running squid see if you are able to get there, or can anyone tell me where else to look to find out why it's not allowing access to this site?

Any ideas as to why they can't get there?  I don't see anything in the log showing it being blocked, what else can I try to see why it's not letting them get there?

              Double check your blacklist/whitelist?

I've got it added in the whitelist.  I don't have snort installed.  Usually when the blacklist is blocking a site we will get the blocked page but we aren't getting it or anything for that matter.

after adding the site into the whitelist, try click apply button in the SquidGuard General setting, then click save.

                    hope this help
