Problem switching from STATIC to DHCP

I am trying to switch an interface from static to DHCP. However i get this error message:

The following input errors were detected:

* Dhcpd service is active on this interface and it can be used only with a static ip configuration. Please disable the service first and than change the interface configuration.

However when I go to the DHCP server settings panel, the enabled is unchecked.

Using latest build from SVN.

Solved: I downloaded my config and manually changed the values and reuploaded my config, after a reboot everything started working again, this must be an issue with the webconfig gui, somewhere in the PHP i assume.
