        Hm..
        Begin from simple config.
Disable ACL - set deny all in Default page - apply - test . Must be block.
Enable ACL - set allow all - apply - test from you IP. Must be allowed access.

I have the same problem: If I put "deny all" at "Default Access (All)", i can still surf anywhere I want. Deinstalled and reinstalled squid and squidguard with no change. Logs show nothing special, but nothing is blocked.

If I deinstall squid and squidguard I cannot surf to all websites, so suddenly some sites are blocked, some not. If i install squid and squidguard newly, all is accessible again. Very strange. I'm using pfsense 2.0 on 7.2. Maybe its due to the alpha-status of pfsense.

Make sure your browser is configured to use a proxy.

Filtering stopped one day without any changes except Updates of pfsense. I have configured it as transparent proxy and it worked without setting proxy in my browser. I will try a complete new install of pfsense and see if it works again after.

I'm on a 1.2.2 pfSense version. I see that when disabling my ACL, filtering works again.
What's wrong on my ACL ?

Missed to say what I put on my ACL ^^
When I set a user account on a ACL, the filter stop to … filter
How I put it on acl ? like this ==> 'domain\user1'
What happened ? Anybody can acces everything.

If I disable the ACL, all work good again. Any Idea ?

I'm using 2.0 on Freebsd 7.2. Squid as transparent. I will install a newer version from scratch. I think, several things are not right, because I installed a Version from early and only updated. Maybe there sometimes things went wrong during the Updates. So Updating via Webinterface doesn't work still here. Only via console. I will tell, if its gone after a new Install.

I'm not sure, what packages work stable in 2.0 alpha-alpha. Maybe good idea waite 2.0 Beta ?
