      Hopefully this has not been asked before (searching did not reveal anything)…

      Lets suppose I have two pfSense boxes running with CARP (completely HA).  If I install a package on the primary node, does it automatically get installed on the secondary node?  From my testing thus far, this does not happen (I have to install on secondary as well).

      My goal is to keep the secondary unit in complete sync with the primary device - including packages and accounting (SNMP) data.

      Thanks for any help...

        Packages have to be manually installed on each box.
