hi, i know im asking a very noob question. but i don't know which files to download from this link
      http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_0/pfSense_HEAD/livecd_installer/

i want to install the latest version os pfsense in my pc. i have some confusions on that page. i don't know what i should pick to download from there. there are a lot of files of pfsense 2.0 ALPHA. i understand a little bit that those files are updated by date? but still there are 3 files of every pfsense 2.0 ALPHA on every date. (i mean *.iso.gz / *.iso.gz.md5 / *.iso.gz.sha256)
please guide me which single or multiple files i should download to upgrade to latest version soon. thanks

Edit:  btw as im new to these kind of things. im thinking to uninstall old pfsense and install fresh pfsense 2.0 ALPHA. also guide me if i can just upgrade to latest version without uninstalling my previouse version? how? which files to download?

if its a new install, then yes.
If you upgrade, look at updates on snap-server
