Possible bug!! RC3 Startup Items Runnning Twice

I posted in the miniupnpd thread about it starting twice, but realized its not just miniupnpd starting twice. Heres an excert of my log. The RRD graphs are starting twice as well and it is resyncing the packages twice. Snapshot 9-27-06 was fine, this occured after installing RC3 clean.
Does this have something to do with change log items 14721 and 14722??

Wanted to add in the dmesg log. Looks like confirms its syncing packages twice here as well.
