Cert Manager -> Certificates -> Create a Signing Request.

2048, and 4096 CSRs end up being 1024 in length according to StartSSL and
http://secure.comodo.net/utilities/decodeCSR.html

just upgraded to "built on Fri Feb 26 23:14:37 EST 2010" to dbl check it hasn't been fixed.
