Looks like this is the issue:

Waiting for Internet congestion to die down before rsync operations

It thinks the internet link between the builder and the snapshot server is too congested to upload.

        Hi

I just checked the build log and it seemed to me its building RELENG_8_1, so I took a guess and browsed to http://snapshots.pfsense.com/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/i386/

I upgraded to the latest snapshot I found there, then found I had huge collisions on all interfaces and also the build version was showing as FreeBSD 8.0, both problems I only detected from the Dashboard.

I reverted back to the RELENG_8_0 builds and the collisions have gone.

Yep, you're right, it was going to 8_1, but as with any FreeBSD change, the results can be unpredictable at first.

            I downloaded this last night:
            2.0-BETA1 built on Mon Jan 25 20:57:42 EST 2010
            FreeBSD router.geeknik.lan 8.0-STABLE FreeBSD 8.0-STABLE #0: Mon Jan 25 20:33:31 EST 2010 sullrich@FreeBSD_8.0_pfSense_2.0-snaps.pfsense.org:/usr/obj.pfSense/usr/pfSensesrc/src/sys/pfSense_SMP.8 i386

from http://snapshots.pfsense.com/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/i386/pfSense_HEAD/.updaters/latest.tgz and I'm not having any new issues with it. Seems stable enough.

Seems stable enough but like Slam stated above, noticed a huge amount of collisions and errors on all interfaces.

Jim fixed that yesterday, netstat's output changed and it was showing the wrong counters.

Snapshot server is still pointing to 8_1 though with that Jan 25th snap mentioned above being the latest.  Firmware update to the default 8_0 through the webgui is showing the latest snap of Jan 22nd so the snapshot server has been down for some time now.

I'm running the 8_1 snaps on a couple test boxes and have no issues. The netstat output changing has caused a few issues that I've been trying to clean up as I find them, but otherwise things have been OK.

Looks like someone broke building stable with -j, so it isn't getting all the way through the builds right now. Might not be a new snap tonight, might be tomorrow or later this weekend. Not sure.

Looks like there were some broken patches, it might build now, but needs to be kicked off again.
