I have a new installation and some how during the process duplicated an interface. I see how to add another but not remove and interface. Is there an easy way to do this?

You should be able to delete an interface from Interfaces > (assign)

Make sure it's disabled first. For example, if it's OPT1, go to Interfaces > OPT1 and disable it, then see if you can delete it. There should be an 'x' button next to an interface you can delete. You can't delete LAN or WAN, but you can delete the others.

There is no way to duplicate a nic card. They are physical cards in the machine. I'm not sure I'm following what you're saying you did.
