    We'd been experiencing some issues running on desktops, so we thought an inexpensive rack server might be an idea, esp one that we can reboot remotely, and grab screengrabs when its "crashed"

    Hopefully the screengrab (oh the joys of HP iLo cards) will aid diagnostics, or at least point enable somebody to point me in the right direction.

    It is running 2010-02-21, which was installed today. It has LAN, WAN and OPT interfaces as VLANs on one NIC

    I'll quite happily send a copy of the config as required, but I;d rather not post it on an open forum.

    Cheers

            @Supermule:

            Single or dual CPU config??

            2x 1.8 single core, with the SMP option on install

              @cmb:

              need the full 'bt' output from the prompt.

              I'll try and get it to go again, and see if the keyboard (via iLo) will respond

                        One interesting thing i found out: If i start a bittorrent-download my pfSense-box crashes constantly. Max uptime then was round about 15mins. Maybe this helps anyone.

                        Edit:

                        Fiddling a bit around i found that only downloading works, no crash. Only uploading seems to be ok too. But when a torrent is down- AND uploading it crashes really quick.

                        In the meantime with torrent disabled the box crashes maybe 1 or 2 times a day.
                        At the moment I'm collecting the backtraces from some of this crashes, only if anyone is interested.

                              Crashes seemed to be gone with some update but came again with last snapshot built on Tue Mar 9 08:46:18.
